Ronspot is proud to have worked with a leading American pharmaceutical company since 2017. The company based in Leopardstown, Co. Dublin, were the first customer to onboard the solution and have since used Ronspot to manage their office parking more efficiently.



What problem was Ronspot introduced to solve?
This global pharmaceutical company contacted Michael Furey (CEO) in 2017 looking for a solution to manage their office parking spaces. At the time Michael worked as a technology consultant, and this company wanted to better manage their parking.
The company had a limited amount of parking spaces and had to fairly manage allocating these spots on a daily basis.

Ronspot allowed employees to fairly book their spaces and reduced any frustrations amongst staff. For the company, the system improved efficiency in terms of their parking space occupancy. The administration work has been greatly reduced, allowing the facilities team to spend time on more important work.

The impact of Ronspot on the
Ronspot reduced administration work for the company, and allowed them to better manage the spaces in their car park.
Employees can now fairly book a spot in the car park. Onboarding the system was a “seemless transition” according to Andrew Cowan.
Admins have removed the burden of the extra parking workload away, while also allowing employees to automate the parking process.
In my term as the facilities team lead Ronspot has changed the way we view parking. It has made all employees much calmer over parking and taken the
stress of driving to work.
