Categorise parking spaces

Step 1 – Go to Parking spaces in the sidebar menu

Step 2 – Find the parking space you want to edit, then click on the Modify button

Step 3 – In the Spot Size field, choose the vehicle sizes you wish to allow for parking in this space

• Regular Size
• Large Size
• Compact Size
• Motorbike
• Van
• Minibus

Step 4 – Fuel types: choose the vehicle fuel types you wish to allow to park in this space (click ‘Select all’ to leave it unrestricted)

• Petrol
• Diesel
• Electric Vehicle
• Plug-In Hybrid
• LPG
• Hydrogen

Step 5 – Accessible types: select ‘Accessible’ if you wish to restrict this parking space to employees with reduced mobility

Step 6 – Shareable types:  select an option if you wish to restrict this parking spaces to:

• Company car
• Car pool
• Car share

Step 7 – Click on Update

Step 8 – Repeat the same steps for the other parking spaces
