What You’ll Do
Outbound Sales
- Proactively build and manage your own pipeline through outbound prospecting
- Run discovery calls, product demos, and manage the full sales cycle
Inbound Leads
- Qualify and convert leads from marketing activities and referrals
Relationship Building
- Build trusted relationships with Facilities Managers, HR, and IT buyers
- Consultatively identify customer needs and Ronspot’s value fit
Customer Intelligence
- Collect and communicate feedback to help shape product, messaging, and strategy
Forecasting
- Maintain clear pipeline notes and reporting in HubSpot
Process Ownership
- Create structure in how you manage tasks, calls, notes, and follow-ups
What We’re Looking For
Sales Experience
- 5+ years of sales experience, ideally with at least 2 in B2B SaaS
- Experience closing deals with both SMEs and enterprise accounts
Self-Starter
- You’re proactive, energetic, and can hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding
Tech Savvy
- Comfortable discussing and demonstrating software solutions to different stakeholders
Organised
- Methodical in your note keeping, task tracking, and pipeline hygiene
Team Culture
- A respectful, customer-focused team player who wants to contribute beyond just quota
