View waitlist status on calendar
Introducing an improved calendar interface for employees holding queue privileges. A new green icon showing employees they can join the waitlist on the calendar designates days without available spaces, signaling opportunities for employees to join the queue. Additionally, a similar red icon showing employees they are in the queue serves as confirmation for employees who are already in the queue, allowing them to easily monitor their queue status and elevating the overall efficiency of queue management.

Join waitlist in map-enabled zones
As part of our effort to standardise features across all zone types, we are revamping the Queue/Waiting List functionality to seamlessly integrate with zones featuring maps. Now, employees can join a queue in map-enabled zones when all spaces are taken. This feature ensures that as spaces become available, employees will move up the queue until reaching the top position, ensuring automatic space assignment.

Processing queue for high demand periods
To enhance user experience during peak demand periods, we are now preventing multiple booking attempts from both the calendar and map interfaces. The user interface has also been upgraded to provide clearer, more informative status updates. Admin users can now make any meeting rooms subject to approval. They can also assign one or multiple individuals as approvers for each meeting room. After a meeting request is submitted, the designated approver(s) will promptly receive an email containing options to either accept or deny the request.
