Workspace management can be complex, but Ronspot makes it simple. Your company can upload an office plan for each floor and add each meeting room to the map. Employees can then select a floor, view an interactive map, and book a meeting room directly from it.

If your company also uses Ronspot to manage desks and/or parking spaces, you can view other employees’ bookings directly on the map. Alternatively, you can use the “Search bookings” option in the app menu to look for a colleague’s name and see which days they have booked a meeting room
