Étape 2 – Allez dans Gestion des opérateurs > Utilisateurs spéciaux
Dans la barre latérale de navigation, allez dans l’onglet Gestion des opérateurs, puis cliquez sur Utilisateurs spéciaux dans la partie gauche de l´écran
Étape 3 – Ajoutez un nouvel utilisateur de type API
Remplissez ensuite les 4 champs suivants :
Identifiant
Mot de passe : Créez un mot de passe pour l’API
Type : Choissisez API
Site : Choisissez le site que vous souhaitez gérer depuis Ronspot
Concernant les titres d’identification, choisissez la configuration suivante :
Type d’identification : Universel (Hexa)*
Type (Name) : pt:CUSTOM
Liste des FormatType : WIEGAND37
Faites de même pour le format du CredentialIdentifier :
Credential Value : Hexadécimal
Puis cliquez sur Enregistrer
*Si le type de badge Universel (Hexa) n’apparaît pas, veuillez modifier votre site depuis la page d’accueil d’IPevia Manager. Puis dans la section « 1. Site », cliquez sur l’onglet « Filtrer les types de titre d’identification » et cochez l’option « Universel (Hexa) »
Étape 16 – Vérifier l’historique sur votre compte iPevia Manager
Dans la barre latérale de navigation, allez dans l’avant-dernier onglet Outils, puis cliquez sur le sous-onglet Journal. Dans la deuxième colonne Personne, vous retrouverez les actions effectuées par Ronspot (il s’agit du nom que vous avez choisi à l’étape 3).
