We’re looking for an experienced and motivated sales executive to help us grow our English-speaking markets.

What You’ll Do

New Business

  • Drive outbound sales efforts to identify and win new customers.
  • Manage inbound leads from marketing and turn interest into qualified opportunities.
  • Create and manage your pipeline from prospecting to close.

Demos & Closing

  • Run high-quality product demos that clearly demonstrate value.
  • Guide customers through the decision-making process to close deals.
  • Tailor messaging to suit SMEs and large enterprises.

Customer Knowledge

  • Understand the priorities of Facilities Managers, IT, HR, and Workplace teams.
  • Stay up to date with trends in hybrid working and workspace tech.
  • Share customer feedback with product and marketing teams.

Process & Structure

  • Use HubSpot to track your activity and maintain up-to-date CRM notes.
  • Keep structure on follow-ups, tasks and pipeline forecasting.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and planning sessions.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 5+ years of sales experience, ideally including 2+ in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets.
  • Comfortable managing both shorter sales cycles and complex deals.

Skills

  • Strong outbound prospecting and closing skills.
  • Technically confident—you understand and can explain software solutions.
  • Organised and structured in how you manage your pipeline, tasks, and notes.

Mindset

  • Curious, eager to learn, and motivated by sales.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric—focused on helping the client succeed.
