In 2021, Willis Towers Watson were tasked with managing the influx of cars to their parking lot in Dublin. With over 4 times as many employees than parking spots, allocating parking spaces fairly was a challenge for Damien Dunne, Facilities Services Lead, and his team.

Moreover, ensuring that employees used their parking space was difficult too. For employees who prefer to drive to work, it can be really frustrating to arrive by public transport or bike, and find there are free parking spaces onsite. WTW decided to introduce Ronspot to help manage their parking spaces more effectively, along with increasing space utilisation and occupancy.

Ronspot has allowed Willis Towers Watson to manage their parking spaces more effectively. The system has allowed administrators to set rules around booking parking spaces, as well as autoreleasing unused spots for others to book.

Employees have been able to download the Ronspot App and book their parking space from their mobile phone. Employees can book a spot in real-time and check availability too. This has resulted in a happy workforce that can book spaces when they need them.
