Sandoz were having issues allocating their unused parking spaces to the employees without a company car. Previously, only employees with company cars were assigned parking spaces onsite. These spaces were not always occupied and it meant other employees with personal cars could not use them.
The Prague office has 60 employees and only 26 parking spaces. Sandoz wanted a solution that:
- Managed employee parking allocation
- Allowed employees to release parking spaces for others to use
- Meant less administration work for the company
Before Ronspot, occupancy rates were at 60% in the car park. Ronspot allowed Sandoz to release parking spaces when they are not in use by their owner and offer them to other employees. This means increased occupancy in the car park and fairer parking arrangements for employees. Leading to an increase to 100% parking occupancy.
By empowering the employees to release and book their own parking spaces, company administrators saved time on parking allocation. The system resulted in less administration overall, which was a benefit for the company.
