From the app
Step 1 – On the Ronspot mobile app, go to the second icon in the bottom navigation bar to access the calendar
Step 2 – Your bookings are shown in red on the calendar. Use the drop-down above the calendar to view the bookings made in a different zone.
Step 3 – Tap on the booking you wish to cancel.
Step 4 – This will open a new pop-up window. Tap on
Step 5 – On the map, find your booking (desk in blue) and tap on it
Step 6 – This will open a new pop-up window (see image) asking you if you want to cancel your booking. Select
Step 7 – A second pop-up window will be shown to you to confirm the cancellation. Tap on
Step 8 –The booking will be automatically removed from the map and the desk will be instantly made available for others to book
From the web portal
Step 1 – On the web portal, your bookings are shown in red on the calendar. Use the Zone drop-down in the top right corner to view the bookings made in a different zone.
Step 2 – Click on the booking you wish to cancel
Step 3 – This will open a new pop-up window. Tap on Go to map
Step 4 – On the map, find your booking (desk in blue) and click on it
Step 5 – This will open a new pop-up window (see image). Tap on
Step 6 – The booking will be automatically removed from your calendar and the desk will be instantly made available in the app for others to book
