From the app
Step 1 – On the Ronspot mobile app, press on the second icon in the bottom navigation bar to access the booking calendar
Step 2 – Use the drop-down above the calendar to switch zones (optional)
Step 3 – Tap on a day with a green dot (available desks left), this will open a new pop-up window (see image).
Step 4 – Tap on
Step 5 – Wait a few seconds until a desk is assigned to you. The desk number will be shown in red in the calendar.
From the web portal
Step 1 – On the web portal, use the Zone drop-down in the top right corner to switch zones (optional)
Step 2 – Click on a day with a green dot on the calendar.
Step 3 – Select
Step 4 – Wait a few seconds until the system assigns a desk to you. The desk number will be shown in red in the calendar.
How are desks allocated randomly?
The random allocation of desks is first based on the ranking value of each desk. The administrator can rank desks from 0 (highest priority) to 100 (lowest priority), and desks with the lowest value (highest priority) will be allocated first.
Additionally, if several desks have the same ranking value, Ronspot will choose the desk that was created first (lowest ID value).
