How many credits to give employees

Step 1 – Click on Zones / Maps in the sidebar menu of the admin panel

Step 2 – Select a zone and click on the Modify button

Step 3 – Go to the Bookings tab

Step 4 – Click on Credit Calculator, this will open a new pop-up window (see image)

Step 5 – Set the different fields

• Number of employees
• Number of spots
• Number of working days in a week (by default: 5 days a week)
• Credit cost (by default: 1 booking = 1 credit)
• Credit cycle (by default: Monthly)

Step 6 – Click on Calculate, the result will be displayed underneath
