Report the vehicle parked in my spot

From the app

Step 1 – On the Ronspot mobile app, go to the home screen 

Step 2 – Below the orange headline are your bookings for the current day (you can only report a violation for the current day). Find your booking and click on the Report violation link next to it.

Step 3 – This will open a new pop-up window (see image). Type the licence plate of the vehicle parked in your spot.

Step 4 – Then tap on SEND

Step 5 – A new PARKING VIOLATION page will be displayed.

  • If Ronspot finds another parking space available, Ronspot will offer it to you. Simply tick the box Please check to confirm and click SUBMIT to take this spot instead.
  • If not, you will be asked to find an alternative spot, or to wait until the vehicle is moved by the offender*.
*All parking violations are notified to the company parking administrators and the offender in question will receive an email and a push notification to their phone.

From the web portal

Step 1 – On the web portal,  go to the booking calendar and find your booking for the current day. Use the Zone drop-down in the top right corner to view the bookings made in a different zone.

Step 2 – Click on the booking

Step 3 – This will open a new pop-up window. Click on Report Violation

Step 4 – This will open a new pop-up window. Type the licence plate of the vehicle parked in your spot.

Step 4 – Then click on SEND

Step 5 – A new pop-up window will be displayed.

  • If Ronspot finds another parking space available, Ronspot will offer it to you. Simply tick the box Please check to confirm and click OK to take this spot instead.
