View your list of meetings

Step 1 – On the web portal, navigate to the Meetings tab on the sidebar.

Step 2 – When you open this tab, you will see a list of all your current meetings.

In this page, you will see:

  • the zone your meeting is in
  • the room name
  • the date
  • the meeting name
  • the meeting time
  • the organizer
  • some options around rescheduling or cancelling (if you are the organizer), and if not you may decline the invitation.
