Add a scheduled booking

Step 1 – On the admin panel, click on Scheduler in the sidebar menu

Step 2 – Select your zone in the top right corner. You will be presented with a timetable with the list of spaces and week days

Step 3 – Under the zone selector, choose how you want to set this up:

  • Edit all weekdays
    • Yes : the employee will be automatically assigned the spot from Monday to Sunday
    • No : the employee will be assigned the spot only for the selected day
  • Edit both weeks together
    • Yes : the same configuration will apply for all weeks
    • No : a different configuration will apply every two weeks (a second timetable will appear under the first one.)

Step 4 – Choose a space and a day, then click on the icon

Step 5 – Search for an employee name in the box and select the employee (please note that only the employees who have access to this zone will appear)

Step 6 – Click on this icon to save
