Appoint team leaders to manage colleagues’ bookings

Step 1 –On the admin panel, click on Advanced Settings > Team Leaders in the sidebar menu

Step 2 – Click on the button Add New Team in the top right corner

Step 3 – Name your team

Step 4 – Click Add

Step 5 – You are back to the Teams list. Click on 0 in the #Employees column.

Step 6 – In the left column, select the employees you want to be part of this team

Step 7 – In the right column Set Team Lead, select the team leader(s) of this team

Team leaders will have an extra drop down allowing them to switch from one employee to another:
