  • Desk released between 16:00* on the previous day and 13:00* on the same day: half refund

These are the default settings, they can vary depending on your company settings.

Important: Please note that credits won’t be refunded to your account if your credit balance is already at its maximum. This is done on purpose to prevent employees from accumulating more credits than their weekly or monthly allocation.

What happens to my unused credits?

If you don’t use your credits by the end of the month or week:

  • the unused credits will simply be lost (they won’t be carried forward)
  • your credit balance will automatically be reset to X credits

This is done on purpose to prevent employees from accumulating credits and overbooking.

Why is my colleague receiving more credits than me?

The number of credits you and your colleagues received every month or week is set by your company.

The amount can vary from one employee to another based on various criteria (i.e. full-time vs part-time, attendance requirement, modes of transportation, commuting time, etc.).
