Team leader – Manage desks for colleagues

Notes: For this option to be available, your administrator must appoint you as a team leader

From the app

Step 1 – On the Ronspot mobile app, go to the second icon  in the bottom navigation bar to access the calendar

Step 2 – Click on this icon in the grey section above the calendar

Step 3 – The grey section will expand and show an employee selector (see image). This only includes the employee accounts you are allowed to manage.

Step 4 – Choose a different employee to access their account. The page will reload and the availability on the calendar will be updated.

Step 5 – You can now book a desk or release a desk on behalf of this employee (using their credits)

From the web portal

Step 1 – Open the web portal

Step 2 – In you are a team leader, you will see an employee selector above the calendar

Step 3 -Choose a different employee to access their account. The page will be reloaded and the availability on the calendar will be updated.

Step 4 – You can now book a desk or release a desk on behalf of this employee (using their credits)
