This is a visual representation of your office/parking for the selected zone and date. On this page, you can:
- view on the map your employees’ bookings
- view on the map the remaining available spots
- view the occupancy level
- make a booking for an employee or a guest
- cancel a booking
This search feature allows you to filter bookings in a list view. Here you can:
- view all the bookings made on a specific day
- view all the bookings made by a specific employee
- view all the bookings made for a specific spot (desk or parking space)
Similar to the previous tab, you can:
- view all the meetings that have been scheduled by your employees (list view)
This page is used to set up your parking and office. Here you can:
- split your office and parking into several zones
- upload or build a map for each one of your zones
- set booking rules for each zone
After setting up your parking map , all the parking spaces you’ve created will appear here. Here you can:
- change the settings of each parking space (vehicle type, availability, restricted, etc)
- add attributes/parameters to each parking space

- change the settings of each desk (availability, restricted, etc)

This page is designed to get your employees onboard. Here you can:
- upload your company logo
- use email template to invite your employees to your account
All your employees will appear on this list after registering. Here you can:
- edit your employees’ profile
- set booking rules for your employees (zone access, credits, etc.)
If you have many employees, you can save time and create group of employees. Here you can:
- add employees to group
- set zone access to a group
- set common booking rules to a group
If you need to auto-assign a spot to an employee or create a work rota, this can be done here. On this schedule, you can:
- create a recurring booking for an employee for a specific weekday, or for all days
