Menu and navigation

On the admin panel, use the black sidebar on the left to navigate. Here is a description of the different tabs:

Dashboard

This is a visual representation of your office/parking for the selected zone and date. On this page, you can:

  • view on the map your employees’ bookings
  • view on the map the remaining available spots
  • view the occupancy level 
  • make a booking for an employee or a guest
  • cancel a booking

Bookings

This search feature allows you to filter bookings in a list view. Here you can:

  • view all the bookings made on a specific day
  • view all the bookings made by a specific employee
  • view all the bookings made for a specific spot (desk or parking space)

Meetings

Similar to the previous tab, you can:

  • view all the meetings that have been scheduled by your employees (list view)

Zones / Maps

This page is used to set up your parking and office. Here you can:

  • split your office and parking into several zones
  • upload or build a map for each one of your zones
  • set booking rules for each zone

Parking Spaces

After setting up your parking map , all the parking spaces you’ve created will appear here. Here you can:

  • change the settings of each parking space (vehicle type, availability, restricted, etc)
  • add attributes/parameters to each parking space

Desks

After setting up your office map, all the desks you’ve created will appear here. Here you can:

  • change the settings of each desk (availability, restricted, etc)
  • add attributes/parameters to each desk

Meeting Room

After setting up your office map, all the meeting rooms you’ve created will appear here. Here you can:

  • change the settings of each desk (availability, capacity, restricted, etc)
  • add attributes/parameters to each meeting room

Onboarding

This page is designed to get your employees onboard. Here you can:

  • upload your company logo
  • use email template to invite your employees to your account

Employees

All your employees will appear on this list after registering. Here you can:

  • edit your employees’ profile
  • set booking rules for your employees (zone access, credits, etc.)

Group Settings

If you have many employees, you can save time and create group of employees. Here you can:

  • add employees to group
  • set zone access to a group
  • set common booking rules to a group

Scheduler

If you need to auto-assign a spot to an employee or create a work rota, this can be done here. On this schedule, you can:

  • create a recurring booking for an employee for a specific weekday, or for all days

Analytics

On this page, you can find different performance reports to measure the occupancy and identify booking patterns.

Advanced Settings

  • Team Leaders:
    • Add employees to teams
    • Appoint team leader(s) for each team to manage colleagues’ bookings
  • Blocked Bookings
    • Prevent employees from booking on specific days
  • Emails & Notifications
    • Customise the emails and notifications sent by Ronspot to employees
  • Office Closures
    • Add public holidays to prevent bookings on specific days
  • Pre-booking Questions
    • Add a customised question prior to each booking
  • Admin Alerts
    • Customise the emails and notifications sent by Ronspot to administrators
  • Admin Users
    • Add administrators to your account
  • User Authentificaiton
    • Set your Single Sign-on authentication methods
